Managing Director of J S Dobbs & Co, an Irish SME. Dobbs has been in business since 1976, it is a family business and Barbara has been involved since the beginning, becoming Managing Director 9 years ago. Barbara worked as a nurse in St Ita’s Hospital, Portrane. For the past 8 years Barbara has been a national council member of ISME.

Mark Coffey
Mark is the Country Manager for Johnson & Johnson Medical business in Ireland, with responsibility for the commercial operations both North and South of the boarder.  He has 14 years’ experience in the medical devices industry and has worked with Johnson & Johnson for the last 6 years.  Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Mark spend 3 years with Synthes Medical Ireland as Managing Director and 7 years with Boston Scientific in various sales, management and marketing roles across the UK and Ireland.

Mark Chapman
Mark Chapman, MedtronicMark has been with Medtronic since 2001, and currently leads the Health Economics team where he is responsible for Medtronic’s strategices as related to Health Economics, economic regulator submissions and associated clinical study design as related to the quantification of cost and effectiveness.   Mark holds; a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biological Sciences from Manchester Metropolitan University, Post Graduate Diploma –Health Economics from York University and received his MBA from Keele University, School of Public Policy.
Ciara Conway

Ciara joined Baxter Healthcare in Ireland as Market Access Manager and brings experience in parliamentary,charitable, health service and advocacy settings.  Ciara served as a TD for Waterford from 2011 to 2016.   During this time she was Vice Chairperson of the Oireachtas Committee on Health, Children and Youth Affairs and a member of the Oireachtas Finance and Public-sector Reform Committee.

Vicki O'Reilly
Vicki O’Reilly is the Quality, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Manager for Sisk Healthcare. She is responsible for leading the QCRA programme across all Business Units having been a part of the Senior Management Team for the past six years.  Vicki has been involved with IMSTA, in particular working with the Ethics Committee and more recently the Regulatory group for a number of years. With over ten years’ experience within Medical Devices, working in Sisk Healthcare and previously Johnson & Johnson Medical, Vicki has a wealth of experience within the Quality, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Functions.  She is a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and holds an MSc in Quality & Safety in Healthcare Management from the RCSI.

Dave Sullivan
Graduated from Bristol Polytechnic in 1998 with a Fellowship in Clinical Chemistry, while being based out of the Dept. of Clinical Biochemistry in the Mater Hospital, Dublin.  Dave co-founded TECHNOPATH Distribution with Malcolm Bell in 1997.  Dave grew the business exponentially from its founding in clinical diagnostics and food hygiene to become a leading supplier into the biotechnology and healthcare sectors, both in Ireland and the UK, before its sale to Diploma plc in 2014.  Co-founded Ducit Medical in October 2017 with Marese Kelly, with a view to design innovative solutions for the interventional cardiology market.
